Centre for X-ray Structure Analysis
USAGE CONDITIONS:
The Centre for X-ray Structure Analysis is open to academic and industrial users, pending on availability of instrument time.
SERVICES:
- X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination, including STOE heatstream for measurements up to 800 degree C
- X-ray diffraction powder measurement
- Small angle scattering, including temperature stage
- Electron diffraction single crystal determination
- Data analysis and interpretation for the listed techniques
INSTRUMENTATION:
- Single crystal X-ray diffractometers (STOE Stadivari, Bruker D8; Mo/Cu radiation)
- X-ray powder diffractometers (Bruker D8 Venture, Panalytical Empyrean)
- Electron diffractometer (Philips CM200 with JUNGFRAU detector)
- SAXS (Xenocs Nano-inXider)
